Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We currently ship to all the United States including Puerto Rico and also to Canada. Orders will be shipped no later than the next business day upon receipt. In most cases orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day via USPS First Class Mail for $3.95 in the U.S. and $6.95 to Canada via USPS First Class International
Receive FREE USPS FIRST CLASS shipping in the United States for any order of $25 or more. Simply purchase $25 or more in merchandise after any discounts and select Standard in the checkout process. Orders shipped this way normally are received in 2-4 business days, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery times and it could differ in various parts of the country.
Receive FREE shipping in Canada for any order of $30 or more. Delivery to Canada normally take 4-7 business days. Customs forms will be submitted with the order.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q. What are my payment options?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. The billing address of your credit card must match the information you enter in the shopping cart checkout process. If it doesn't match, your order will be delayed until we can contact you by email or telephone to obtain the correct information. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or certified checks, nor can we ship COD.
Q: I placed an order and an item I ordered is out of stock. What do I do?
A: We make every effort to ensure that all items offered for sale have adequate inventory to fill every order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by email or phone. You can select an alternate item or receive a refund to the credit card you used or to PayPal within 2 business days.
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?
A: Our site is secure and this verification is noted throughout the site. Do not ever email your credit card information as this is not an encrypted source of communication. Our shopping cart is encrypted.
Q: Are your prices wholesale or retail?
A: Beads and Dangles website is a retail site offering beads compatible with Pandora beads and other European beads at not only affordable, but exceptionally low prices. We are also the direct importers of these products and can therefore offer wholesale accounts. Please visit the "Wholesale Opportunity" page on the website for details.
Q. How is sales tax charged?
A. Sales tax of 7% is charged to orders shipped within Florida.
