Within 14 days of receipt you can return any items. Please obtain authorization for this return by emailing us to get return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Email: info@BeadsAndDangles.com. All emails will be answered no later than the next business day, but in most cases we are faster than the speed of lightning in responding to all emails!
We are not responsible for return merchandise until we receive it. Please send it with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are your responsibility.
If any item is defective, a refund or exchange is cheerfully offered within 30 days. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used during the checkout process and will be done within 2 business days.
