Store Policies
Beads and Dangles offers the following Returns Policy:
- Within 14 days of receipt you can return any items. Please obtain authorization for this return by emailing us to get return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Email: info@BeadsAndDangles.com. All emails will be answered no later than the next business day, but in most cases we are faster than the speed of lightning in responding to all emails!
- We are not responsible for return merchandise until we receive it. Please send it with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are your responsibility.
- If any item is defective, a refund or exchange is cheerfully offered within 30 days. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used during the checkout process and will be done within 2 business days.
